What is a Discovery Visit and is it right for me?

Yes! Our free, no-pressure Discovery Visit is your chance to meet one-on-one with a clinician, share your concerns, and get expert insight into what might be causing your pain or limitations. You’ll walk away with clarity, recommendations, and a better understanding of how we can help—without any obligation to commit. It’s a low-risk first step toward feeling better and getting back to what you love.

Do I need a referral to start?

Nope! You can book directly with us—though we’re happy to coordinate with your current doctor if needed.

Can I work with multiple providers?

Yes! Our team works together to customize your care. Many clients benefit from combining services for better results.

I'm not in pain—can I still benefit?

Absolutely. We help people stay active, prevent injury, and optimize performance—even if they’re not currently hurting.

How soon will I feel better?

Most clients begin to notice meaningful relief within 3–4 visits, especially during Phase 1 of care. However, every body is different—factors like the severity of your condition, how long you've been in pain, and your personal goals can all affect your timeline. Our priority is to help you feel better as quickly as possible while building a strong foundation for lasting results.

Do you use advanced technology or specialized treatments?

Yes! At Peak Performance Care, we integrate cutting-edge technology and evidence-based techniques to accelerate healing and enhance results. Our regenerative therapy services include shockwave therapy to stimulate tissue repair and pulsed radiofrequency to reduce pain and inflammation at the nerve level—both designed to support faster recovery and long-term relief without invasive procedures or medications. These advanced options are personalized based on your condition and goals.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network to provide higher-quality, more personalized care. We’ll give you a receipt you can submit for possible reimbursement.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear flexible, comfortable clothing. If you have imaging or prior notes, bring them—but they’re not required.

What if I’m not satisfied?

We offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your care, we’ll refund your payment. No one has needed it—but it’s there for your peace of mind.
